Just wrapped up my divorce using his services. At no point did he make promises that were unreasonable, lead me on or advise me to pursue a path that was not feasible in the court. I appreciate his calm demeanor and his cooperative mentality. My ex had a blow hard attorney who promised her the world and was combative. That is not a good thing in a court room no matter what people may say. That type tends to have a bad reputation and will take you for an expensive ride. Ricardo was upfront with me, told me what we could and could not accomplish and in the end we got everything we agreed to, and my ex and her blow hard attorney folded. Later she told me her attorney cost her more than her college education. My attorney advised me of the fruitless endeavors in advance and did not lead me astray. I am grateful for that. In the end we got exactly what we set out to get, so I would say her nailed the target! He engaged as little as possible in the high drama case my ex was trying to create and conducted himself as an agent of the court with integrity.

Before hiring Ricardo, I was working with an attorney who had decades of experience in divorce and family law. That attorney lacked a crucial skillset and it was connecting. He gave his very minimum and took me to the cleaners which as a newly found single mom of 3 girls, I never felt he was actually fighting for us or actually cared. I felt I was another task on the agenda, and a paycheck. When I was sued by my ex husband after the divorce was finally over, I knew I needed new representation. Ricardo, although busy, knew my case, knew the incredible injustice my girls and I were being put through, and he fought beside us in the battle. He was always available by phone. He was patient with me because I questioned everything and when I had, had enough and just wanted to give up and let my ex-husband have what he wants to just be done (because the process is exhausting and emotionally taxing) he pushed me through the finish line and we won! We won in a way that finally vindicated truth, justice and my girls.

When I first walked in the office I was really hesitant because I had a bad experience with a previous lawyer in the past. I worked with Ricardo with one difficult case and I can not say thank you enough for all the work and attentiveness he put in my case. He really turned my opinion around about lawyers. I did not get the outcome I wanted but this was all mentioned in the beginning, nothing is guaranteed. I would definitely use his services again in the future because he really makes you feel welcomed. Very personable and professional! 10 starts if I could :)

Good attorney. Knows what he's doing. Definitely made this custody battle experience a lot easier than it could have gone. It's a tough situation so it's nice to have a team helping you on such an important issue. Price is about 100-150 an hour less then other attorneys I talked to before I retained him. Nice location in the heart of Pearland. He introduced his kids to me when I ran into him at the library. Family guy.

*Avoid this guy* I had a divorce case. I had to contact him and remind him of the court date. Didn't hear from him from November 20 to January 21. I called and left messages at least 4-5 times in that time span and never received a phone call back. Never gave me an invoice for services like I was told from the beginning. I have to get another lawyer to finish an issue he should've done on the final order of my divorce. It was bad enough I had to go through a divorce but to hire someone that didn't help me in anyway.
