can't even answer the phones like a 7/11.. Super unprofessional. It was during business hours, I didn't leave a VM because some lady answered, they didn't call me back because they never got my number. So their reply to this also shows they are definitely not trustworthy or rapidable, They have new jerk responses and clearly lie. I am well spoken and professional. The phone was first answered by perhaps speaker phone with a lady mumbling. I asked if this was Catt law... Reply was something like "what do you need" I asked again who I was speaking with, and the reply was similar, I asked if I'm speaking with a law firm and the Reply was "yes". ok... I asked if they work with Dependency cases, she said "whit what" I repeated myself and she said, something that I couldn't make out because she wasn't speaking into the phone, or perhaps capable of the correct annunciation of the english language, I repeated my question 4x and I got the strong feeling that this law firm was not likely capable of hanging any more cases then their current load. I hung up. I have spoken with 6 other lawyers today, 3 state employees, 3 related business and 5 personal calls regarding this matter and not once did I have a problem being understood about subject matter or pronunciation. And, otherwise I have and am having a great day. Feel free to check my other reviews on Google to see if I am a negative person or pick on business for my own enjoyment.

First i want to say, i was a father trying to get full custody of my 9 year old son. Michael was referred to us by another respected attorney that was retiring, when i asked that attorney who would you have represent you, without hesitation he said Michael Catt. Throughout our process Michael has always been responsive, friendly, courteous and truthful. In court, Michael is factual and is very prepared for the case. Hands down Michael Catt in my opinion is the best attorney in Orange County. Michael is the real deal and his paralegal Deb is on top of everything.
