If you are reading this posting about the Davidek Law Firm, then I strongly encourage you NOT to select the Davidek Law firm for legal services. I urge you to shop around to find a law firm that does not "cancel" its legal services when you, the client, require changes to complex, legal documents like a Revocable Living Trust. Davidek Law utilizes "invites" for dinner meetings to enlarge its business, then keeps you coming back with their annual "pay plans". I strongly suggest avoiding these evening events as you will not get the "real story" about their practice. In the past, I've worked with 7 different attorneys in 7 different States over a period of 17 years, and no attorney has ever terminated their legal representation for me except in Texas. Davidek can stop legal services for you in a heartbeat...and they did it to me without cause.
