I did not have a typical DUI case in any regard. I reached out to Clay Ship and right away I was impressed by his quick wit and attention to detail. Throughout my case Clay was attentive, professional, and responsive and realistic. His billing was prompt and detailed which I can appreciate after working with many other lawyers including civil cases and divorce. Even though there were some things I did not agree with, Like charging me weekly for checking the dates of my case, He did work with me on reducing certain charges. Overall Clay was able to get my bogus DUI charge dissmissed, and settle my case with unsupervised probation for less than several other flat fee DUI lawyers who charged $5000 for cases that did not go to trial. Additionally, should you need a trial I believe the Shipp firm has the depth and experience and REAL resources to fight difficult cases. I highly recommend Clay or Dan Shipp.
