Wow! A little background- an oil/gas company has called me every 1 to 2 weeks since June 2024, trying to convince me to sign and return a lease. It was instantly obvious that he was smart and knew what he was talking about. He listened, understood my concerns and the oil/gas lease language and made several knowledgeable suggestions, in a language I understood and I didn't have to drive 11/2 hours to Tyler.
