My husband and I went for a consultation w/ Fischer & Fischer back in April. My husband was already granted his advanced parole with the help from a previous law firm by the time we had the consultation. The daughter, Amelia, was very nice and super professional. She gave us thorough and helpful advice on how our case would be handled. And advising my husband to take advantage of his advanced parole. From the moment we signed on with them, the case was handled super well and pretty fast if I may add. Before you know it, we were scheduled for his initial interview last month in October and my husband was granted permanent residency status. The staff at Fischer & Fischer are very nice and super professional. They handled everything pretty well. From our application process to collecting all of our paperwork and other information needed for our case. They come highly recommended!

Very poor experience. They were helping an immigration status, and did not do as they were suppose to. They lied several times about not receiving paperwork on time. They wouldn't allow us to see the lawyer once. The assistants do not do their job well at all.

Mr.Fischer took time to evaluate our case before even taking it on. Was up front and honest and his guesstimating of length of case was right on. He broke down his fees and all other USCIS fees that would apply. His team took all/any of our calls and turnaround time was good. Also, if he feels like he can't be of service to you he will let you know and not just take your money.
