While Mari handled my case in the Lufkin office, Heath assisted me with my settlement at the Nacogdoches office. The professionalism displayed at both locations was astounding. I was given some very valuable information by one of the lawyers during my consultation. I did feel a little lost when I called I was transferred a few times and then the man I started talking with helped educated me on filing law suits. I don't like Confusion nobody introduced themselves until I said I was talking to someone and I was placed on hold. I said this is my first time I don't know what's going on expect I am trying to gaining clarity on if I have a case to pursuit. In the future it would be nice to feel valued as a consumer
