Today my husband and I walked into the building where Moore Law Firm is located and a gentle man held the elevator door for us and asked what floor we were going to, and turned out he was heading to the same office as we were. Lawrence was very helpful and made sure to reach out to Armando who was out of the office at the moment, but Lawrence was made aware by Armando and knew exactly why we were there. Once we provided documents requested by Armando,, we needed the documents returned for my husband's doctor's appointment, and Lawerence immediately offered to make copies of all the documents and returned the original ones to us. We also enailed some documents and he made sure the emailed documents sent were accessible and clear. Lawrence was absolutely courteous and had a tremendous sense of urgency and respect for our time.
