The worst attorney. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the money and time by not hiring him to represent you. He did absolutely nothing for us. He gave us false hope, waisted our time and our money. I only spoke with him ONCE the entire process and having to communicate with him was like pulling teeth. Once we hired a new attorney we came to find out that he did not even move the case at all. So much valuable time and money was completely wasted. We came to him in crisis and left feeling hopeful but it was all for nothing because he did absolutely nothing for us.

Rick Berry is brilliant and worth every penny I'm gonna pay him and then some. If you are in need of the best criminal defense lawyer in town. Rick is your guy. He was the best district attorney this county had and now he's using that extensive knowledge to fight for you!!! Why settle for the rest when you can pay a little more and get the best.

I have to be honest here, I am power of attorney for one of Ricky Berry's clients. I contacted Rick Berry over the course of several months and had another attorney contact him as well. I was not able to get anything accomplished in regards to the case that he was hired to do.He did not make any court appearances nor file motions on behalf of the client. My communication with Rick Berry has been less than professional. He has been very derogatory, unprofessional narcissistic and very rude. I contacted him in regards to receiving the retainer back for the total of $6,000 ;keep in mind as per the Texas Bar Association he's required to return any unearned fees, and or provide an itemized list, of his "earned fees" seeing how there has not been any progress on the case he was retained for nor any court appearances or motions filed. he refused to speak with me in regards to this matter and advised me I would not receive a penny of the money back. Stolen money, as far as I am concerned RICK BERRY is a THIEF, I highly advise you not to hire him. I will be advising the Bar Association of his misconduct, and potentially pressing charges and filing a suit against this fraud of an attorney.

If I could give this place a ZERO star I would.! Horrible experience.! Do NOT I repeat do NOT use them.! Never did my father get a call from this office to set up any visits to discuss the case.! They never gave us enough time to get any documents . They would send it through mail and expect to have it within 4 or 5 days.
