John Henry Tatum Sr, quoted me a price when I first hired him. After making my payment over the phone...he NEVER returned a single call. Instead, I received a bill in the mail almost 2 months later for $1721. When I called to ask about the change in the price (1 month ago)...I'm still awaiting a call from him or someone from his office. He has been very unprofessional and completely misrepresented himself, and I am unable to pay him a visit at the office because I live in Ohio. I told him during our first conversation, that money was an issue for me. He quoted me a very reasonable price, and then once I paid that...he hiked the price up drastically. And still won't call me regarding the matter.
