I am very pleased with Mr. Scott Tatum if it wasn't for him, I'm not even sure where I would be. It is with the highest praise that I post about the skills of Scott Tatum. I've read these other reviews....i can say that he does not come across as the friendliest guy I've met but I can assure you he is ALL business. And best of all he knows his business. Mr Tatum was appointed to the case and fought as hard or harder than any attorney I've witnessed. After working for a judge for many years and being involved with the court system on numerous family cases I highly recommend Scott Tatum.

My husband went through his divorce hearing in 2020. His wife's attorney died a few months later. It is now 2024, she is in contempt of court and we haven't been able to see the kids because of her. We are going on 5 months that he hasn't filed paperwork from 2020 even though he was asked to complete it from the judge who came out of retirement just to order the paperwork to be re-file back in November of 2023. It still hasn't been done. I absolutely would not suggest this law firm. My husband can't proceed with the contempt until the paperwork has been filed from the divorce hearing.
