sent me an illegal and incorrect offer deed, also is opposing me for this same piece of land, with a different client who is my cousin, while representing the County in wrongfully cutting out land owners for what they rightfully deserve. They don't respond and do not care about anyone involved in any of their cases, they drag each case on and on so that if little to no work is being done, hey at least they still get paid right? WRONG! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. (LANDOWNERS BEING RAILROADED IN COURT WITH THIS ATTORNEY AT THIS COMPANY SENDING ME BOGUS OFFERS AND DEEDS, MENAWHILE REPRESENTING THE OTHER OPPOSING PARTY IN MY PARTITON CASE FOR THIS SAME PIECE OF LAND!) THANK YOU FOR NOT ANSWERING ME AND IGNORING ME WHILE DRAGGING ALL OF THIS OUT AND DOING NO WORK TO RESOLVE THE MATTER IN EITHER CASE LOL.) WARNING TO ALL TEXANS!

They have no discretion for conflicts of interest in the cases that they accept. One attorney has sent me the deed and offer letter to someone else's property when I was supposed to be receiving one for my property, this information being sent to me allowed me to see that this company is trying to pay out nothing towards my land for their client and also the case where the private and confidential information of someone else's that was sent to me, they offered twice the amount for half the amount of land and yet it's been over a year and this company has done nothing to move forward with the process and also has allowed conflicting information to be input into both cases in which this one attorney is opposing me for the same piece of property and has been of no assistance to me or to the county from what it seems. Hopefully this can be addressed properly and the situation to be corrected but with the experience I've had with this one attorney in particular it doesn't seem like that is going to happen any time soon and without so e kind of tricks or games to be involved.
