Paid him to get all papers we needed to get deed to our land. He said we only needed a couple of signature. Turns out we needed a lot more than that. Two years later and a few thousand later we are still dealing with what he didn't. He will take your money tell you everything is good. Take his sweet time at getting paperwork together and filed, and you still won't have everything you need done correctly. HE never answers his phone and doesn't return phone calls. Don't use him if you don't have too.
