Roberts Family Law Office

This is for Doyle Scott: EXTREMELY POOR Representation. Never even filed the temporary orders, so Ex got away with everything. Never researched Ex's other accounts. I could write a BOOK on all the things she Didn't do. During the mediation she just sat there, and did NOTHING. Ex got basically everything. WASTE of money. Ended up having to get another attorney just to fix some of the screw-ups and finish out the divorce. Roberts' entire office appeared to be scared of ex's attorney and it showed! Horrible experience!

Leigh Roberts took care of my divorce. They have so many people there that work on your case while working the same for other people in the same boat. Leigh gave the judge a mountain of info/discovery, she has no fear speaking her mind for you. While your situation is not pretty, their team helps you rise above the mess. From the minute you enter the door with the lady at the front desk till your day in Court, they treat you right and get the job done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER.

I had a horrible experience with this law office. She charged a $7500 retainer fee and the only thing she did for me was file the temporary orders the day before she quit 5 months after she was hired. Unfortunately, I'm still married because she couldn't handle my case. Their office doesn't communicate very well. I had many questions go unanswered, and never knew what the next step was concerning my case. She and her staff fabricated paperwork that "needed to be done for my case" in order to get more money. The only nice thing she did was take the last invoice for $1300 off when she quit, but still managed to blow through $7500 with NOTHING to show for it. When we went to court for her motion to withdraw, she was unprepared, had to be coached by her daughter on what to say, and she still misrepresented the facts.

Very personable staff. They wasted no time in collecting information and getting papers filed and served.

Seem to have their stuff straight... very smart and responsive even though they are swamped when I was there
