Paul Robbins Law Office

I just wanted to amend my earlier, bare, five star review with more information. I am an attorney and have dealt with the Paul Robbins law office several times over the years, though we are in different areas of the State, and we are almost always on opposite sides. This is a longstanding, "old school" law firm that operates with grace and class while still tirelessly, smartly, and ferociously representing its clients' interests, and that truly cares for its clients and being a good citizen in its community. That is not to say that we always agree, because we don't. But when we don't I am assured that their position is one that is well thought out and researched, firmly held, and that will be competently and professionally presented. In the realm of litigation these are, or should be, prized qualities for anyone seeking legal representation. I was not asked to write this review and no one knows I am now writing it; I am writing it because it is true. While many attorneys and law offices have these same qualities, some do not and I think it is worth pointing out those who do when I have personal knowledge of them.

If I could help it I would not rent from Robbins again. In the year of my lease I had multiple problems with my rental apartment, and the time that it took Robbins to fix them was absolutely absurd. I am glad I don't have to deal with this kind of headache anymore. I'm sure Paul could care less because to him we're just another source of income, but looking back because of him we had to live uncomfortably for many weeks, and that just angers me. 1/10 would not recommend

If you can find somewhere to live where they aren't the landlord, I would highly suggest to do so! Multiple times they were reached out too regarding Appliances that quit working in the place where I stayed, never sent anyone out to fix it. Also very unprofessional on the phone and refuse to help you immediately. Also the man lady seems to never "be available" I don't know if she's actually available or not cause I never spoke with her and only spoke with her assistants. I would never refer these people to anyone. If I could've given 0 stars, I would've!

Absolutely fabulous attorney and office staff. We are very grateful for all of their hard work and personable service.

Terrible law firm. Takes advantage of people with limited financial means, while giving no actual help to their case. Unprofessional.
