Client
This was years ago, but I contacted him on a matter. He provided me with his personal cell phone number and gave me instructions that if something changed, call him and we can go from there such has paying the retainer fee. I remember him being kinda rude but I figured hey people have thise days, just as long as he does his job. Time went by and something changed and felt I should call and inform him of the matter. He went off on me out and asked why was I calling him? While he was working? . He started out the conversation that way. I said "How do you think I got your number? You gave it to me and told me to call you per your instructions". He went quiet for a moment and rudely said "Pay me $1,200 and I'll call you back". Now in our original call, he may have meant to pay the retianter. However what he stated was only when something changed in my complaint that warrented his services. Either way, he provided his cellphone, not a office phone and went off at a "client". A simple "There must have been a misunderstanding, I need you to do this and this" but instead he not only cussed but was pretty heated. I was actually shocked at his unprofessional behavior. I went to someone else and won my suit. Just my experience with his offices which was years ago. However I learned, go to DFW, Houston, or Austin for an attorney help.
