This is two years now, I don't hear about sir Gibson anymore. We supposed to make a appeal, but he disappeared and never fight for me. He never answered my phone calls nor my emails. Why ? He get 20% of my work comp for one and half year. Now I have to pay $75000 medical bills and he wants for $20000 of attorney fees, but still ignores me.
Jon is a good guy. However, chances are you will not have Jon as your attorney, but one of his not so good attorneys. The main problem with this firm is that they are very busy, and their support staff is worthless. In m case, things fell through the cracks.
