Just call someone else.
From the moment I was transferred to the "intake specialist" I had a feeling. The first question I was asked beyond my name was my address. I questioned as to why that was asked before anything about my possible case and was given kind of a BS answer (*put a pin in this, we'll come back to it). Immediately, the communication was difficult, I couldn't understand what this woman was saying; it seemed as if she was fading in and out. I asked about that, I was assured she was on "our office phone" and that she had no idea what would be causing it. She then seemed to catch a little bit of an attitude, I guess because I couldn't hear her. Having thought about this for a bit, the only thing I can think of is that she wasn't speaking into the phone. That she would began speaking and then bring the phone up to her face, that'd be why she seemed to fade in in the middle of a sentence. So, anyway, having interrupted me several times and NOT getting all the pertinent details, she then tells me she'll pass this to a lawyer and asks to put me on hold. Well, I'm also at work, so I asked if she could call me back. She said 'sure'... but, somehow, I knew right then I'm wasn't getting a call back. It's been a few hours now, and, quite frankly, I don't want that call back. Even if she did actually present that to a lawyer, I didn't get the chance to tell you that the 2nd had hired the 1st dentist and fired her after three months for the same doing the same things she did to my teeth. Missing what is a fairly pertinent detail, along with several others, I'm sure the reviewing lawyer would pass on it. However, and I can't put my finger on it, but I don't believe she actually showed anything to anyone. Now, back to the reason as to why the first thing you all asked was my address. I don't believe for a second that that is so that you can determine whether you can help me or not, which is what I was told. You could've just asked what city I live in and it would be the same. The reason for that is so that you can start bombarding me with junk mail. Unless, of course, you just won't represent people from a certain side of town... Hmm.

Dean Boyd and his team helped me tremendously on my case. I have known him majority of my life and chose to trust him with this case and so glad I did. I live out of Dallas and they were able to do everything without me needing to travel/come into office. Everyone was quick to keep me informed and updated along the way. I appreciate the team and am so very thankful I trusted them. I can't thank them enough!
