I called and was immediately placed on hold. Only for a dry receptionist to tell me I needed an appointment, only to get a general question answered. So glad this happened sooner than later. I know now to seek help elsewhere, in place of wasting my time.

I went to Mary Lou to appeal my SSI disability decision bc I heard so many good things about her. Nott!!! She likes to overtalk you she forgets everything she tells you. I went to her in June and last week she still didn't know if I had a case. She dismissed me bc I told her I'm fed up and out of patience since I've been waiting since June on an answer. So sad bc I wasted my time with her and now my appeal time is over. I wouldn't recommend her to watch my dog.

After today I am giving this review of a star. If I could give a zero I would rather do that. Last visit they were late and kept us waiting and had to ask 3 times to use a bathroom. They seemed unorganized and the office is uncomfortable to sit in. Mary Lou doesn't even shake your hand let alone get up for anything. She also talks down to people who don't really know what to do next and makes people feel beneath her by allowing her staff say we aren't her clients when we clearly are. Avoid this attorney if you are hoping for a little understanding and professionalism. The Administration wears t-shirts and shorts and it's a professional environment for cripes sakes!!

As a first time client we had a bad experience...we were 10 min. late because the office had moved and website gave old address! I had even called to confirm the appointment on our way there. Once we realized they had moved we called to inform them we would be alittle late! When we arrived we were told they could no longer see us and we would have to reschedule! Also the two front desk ladies were not very friendly with us or each other! I think we will go elsewhere!
