Lindsey and her staff can be better if they would being caring from start as they are as you meet with them on the phone . Yes, she will give you her cell phone number at the very beginning and talk with you but when you don't have a clue what's going on and what to expect with the process and feel left behind on your case you become frustrated and not to mention the loss of your vehicle. Yes you understand that you have other people to talk to and help but keep in mind that you gained the trust of your clients and you don't leave them alone during their horrible time and believe in you. Now I don't trust lawyers and their staff .
