Mrs. Davis was an excellent attorney. We had a mechanic's lien that we needed to enforce with a difficult defendant. She was very knowledgeable about the law, advised us on potential courses of action and worked with us along the way. Her entire office worked on our case, provided me with constant updates and took as much time as needed to discuss the suit. Best of all, we were able to reach a settlement. I recently had a situation where I had to file a mechanics lien. I had no idea how to proceed so I contacted Kelley M. Davis and Associates, LLC. for help. My wife and I experienced an unbelievably terrible contractor experience and we had no choice but to terminate the contractor. Although the contractor was paid for work completed they chose to place a lien on our property for more than three times the amount of the original contract and we had virtually little recourse or so we thought.
