I waited a full year before writing this review, hoping time would soften my frustration or offer clarity. It hasn't. Facts are facts, and my experience with Haugen Law Firm remains deeply disappointing. I was referred to this firm by their own family, which made the experience even more disheartening. I came to Haugen Law for a straightforward prenuptial agreement--organized, prepared, and with clear expectations. Yet, I was charged over $4,200 for what should have been a routine legal matter. The billing was bloated, opaque, and riddled with questionable charges. Administrative tasks like file setup and maintenance--standard overhead in any professional office--were billed separately. Internal strategy meetings and supervision among attorneys were passed on to me as if I should foot the bill for their inefficiencies and training. Despite multiple inquiries, I received vague justifications and no accountability. The firm's response was a masterclass in deflection. I was told that delegating work to junior staff was meant to save me money--yet I was charged for nearly every internal conversation, instruction, and file update. If a less experienced attorney needed constant supervision, that's a cost the firm should absorb, not the client. Even after expressing my concerns and agreeing to a specific date and time to discuss them, Conner Haugen failed to call. I waited, and he simply didn't show. That level of disregard speaks volumes. His later excuse--a client emergency--didn't change the fact that I was left waiting without notice or follow-up until I reached out. We had planned to use Haugen Law for post-modification representation and estate planning. However, due to my experience, we sought out another firm--one that is transparent, respectful, and financially responsible. If you're considering Haugen Law Firm, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Professionalism and integrity should be non-negotiable. Unfortunately, my experience proved they are optional here.

My experience with Haugen Law firm met all my expectations, their professionalism, made very clear from inception the steps to follow in this divorce procedure. I'm greatly satisfied in the timely manner that they resolve it. Despite the fact of the opposite council constant negativity, they knew how to approach with very good knowledge and confidence. I'm greatly appreciative of their hard work.

I researched and wanted a lawyer familiar with military families and the Haugen Law Firm was it! I had so many different factors in my divorce and child custody, and you truly get what you pay for. I am so thankful to have found them and for all the guidance and help through the process. I cannot recommend Connor and Delaney more! This is already a stressful situation and to be able to have a team to help me better understand the ins and outs of the legal tidbits and process helped. It was well worth the cost and even though it feels expensive I know without a doubt that my divorce and custody was done right, and the paperwork shows it. They helped me think of things a regular divorce lawyer wouldn't know due to being a military family. If I need legal help again, I will be coming back for sure! I cannot thank them enough for all their support and patience with me during the process with all of my questions and walking me through the long process.
