Ryan was the so helpful in getting us out of a terrible situation with our homeowner. We discovered raccoons were in our rent house before we signed the lease, and they had done severe damage in the walls and attic, and severely compromised the ac system. Our homeowner refused to send out professionals to remove them and clean and make repairs.
