I don't know how anyone can give this con artist sounding unprofessional pos a good review. I was first contacted by this firm through a process server. They said I had a plastic surgery done and didn't pay. When I called Trey Lavesphere his agency nor did he ever once answer saying thank you for contacting the Texas Sphere. I immediately believed it was a scam. I had never even been to the town they said I received the surgery in. After speaking with Trey I told him yal have the wrong person and a case of mistaken identity. Trey immediately tried pushing for me to pay the bill of someone else. He even asked "maybe you forgot". I couldn't believe it, I forgot I got a plastic surgery done. He tried telling me to get a lawyer when I knew all I needed is the date of the procedure so I could prove I wasn't even in their town the time of. Trey said he wasn't at the office even though I called the office phone and said he couldn't provide the paperwork giving me the date. He kept trying to pressure me to just go ahead and pay before it gets to court. When I told him why are you being so stand offish he said "we got the right guy" and "we'll see buddy." Then hung up on me. Never provided any date of operation or paperwork. Then after calling the surgeons office I explained to them they had the wrong person. I asked if they would provide me the date of the surgery so I can provide proof I was not even in town. She said she could not even though they were telling me it was me for sure. I had to send my I.d to them to realize they had the wrong person. Then I called Trey Lavesphere and said the doctors office said you got the wrong guy to which he replied we won't bother you anymore. NO APOLOGY or anything. What a low life unprofessional uncourteous individual. I even had to have the court contact his agency to get me off the lawsuit. STAY AWAY from Trey Lavesphere and his so called law firm the Texas Sphere who don't even double check their work. Get yourselves professional liable help.
