Dr. Hernandez and her entire Staff are incredibly welcoming, attentive and 100% caring towards their patients needs. Dr. Hernandez staff is SO friendly and the customer service is absolutely fantastic! Including the sweet receptionists. The environment itself is always calm. I especially love that the Staff is so on top of hygiene making sure that everything is clean and ready for their next patients. Also, bathroom is always clean and smells wonderful! Dr. Hernandez is very caring and gentle, I always feel better once I leave her chair. She's the BEST and incredibly professional and I appreciate her educational tips on how I can keep up with the care of my back and body. 100% recommendation to all my friends and family and Laredo Tx.

This business is very professional with customer needs. They provide accurate answers to the questions I had regarding spinal adjustments and back discomfort. There is no wait time to get serviced and the adjustments provide a very well needed relief. I would recommend this place to anyone experiencing back pain.

Best way to describe this is it feels like I'm in a NYC health care place. Short and effective visits while having fast service. Flexible times and don't have to wait if you come in earlier. This is one of the few places to actually still have 5 stars and it should stay that way. They don't deserve anything less
