I called because a family member was detained and I needed some information. Jessica, the person that answered, was rude and told me she couldn't help me and hung up on me. I decided to stop by because that was unacceptable to me. The assistants Claudia and Alexandra were very helpful. They thoroughly explained the process and were able to calm me down. Fortunately, my relative was released but the information that I was given helped us out a lot. Claudia and Alexandra were professional, understanding and helpful. I highly recommend this firm. Ms. Rowena Rodriguez was our contact person throughout my husband's process. From the moment he was detained until he got his green card approved just a week ago. I had gotten this firm because it was the only one that would was flexible with the initial payments, but it wasn't about the money that we stayed with them.
