Hands down the best service that you will ever receive. This firm will give you every single last avenue that you can approach whatever you are going through. Not only do they treat you with respect and compassion they also treat you as part of the family. I could not have asked for more with the services provided and the relation ships that have been built here. Forever grateful for the hard working staff and the incredible want and desire they have to ensure that your freedoms are not infringed upon. Again hands down the best.

I was initially excited to work with the Law Office of Brett H. Pritchard. Brett himself made it seem like he would personally handle my case, but shortly after, it was passed off to another attorney. Since then, communication has been nearly impossible -- calls and messages go unanswered, meetings are continuously rescheduled, and I've been told multiple times that my attorney is too busy.
Most recently, a gentleman called saying he would now be taking over my case and that it was urgent we meet. I've called him twice to follow up and schedule, yet again, no return calls, no updates, and no clarity on where things stand.
Meanwhile, I reached out to another law firm, and they've already moved forward on my case and helped me begin restoring my visitation with my child.
In my experience, this firm makes you feel like your case isn't a priority. If you want communication, urgency, and to feel like your children matter, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I used this firm from January 2024 to June 2025 for a divorce case. My assigned lawyer assured me that my spouse would have to refinance our shared home (rather than selling it, as agreed) and only after signing the divorce agreement did I discover that no refinance was required by opposing counsel, even after my lawyer assured me several times. I reached out so many times and my lawyer never responded after that. I spent an egregious amount of money on this team and I feel that they failed to have my best interest in mind. Now, I am still bound to a mortgage on a home I no longer own; a consequence that not only effects my credit but also ties up my Veterans Affairs loan in purchasing a new home in the future. I would not use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

So I gave 2 stars only because the divorce got done, but really they probably deserve only one. I was really excited about this law firm the day I went up there to meet with them and see if they were a match. I have a protective order against my now ex husband for DV and I let them know that I had no idea where he was or how to contact him and I didn't want to. I was told that it wasn't going to be problem since I had filed most of the paperwork already and his contact information was filed with the court and it was on him to keep it updated. Fast forward to 2 days after I pay the retainer.... I get asked for his updated information and when I let the paralegal know that this was all discussed prior to taking me on as a client she responded by telling me that if I can't get it then we will now have to change it to filing contested which will cost me a lot more money. WHO SENDS A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE VICTIM ON A HUNT FOR THEIR ABUSER???!!! Nevertheless, I get them the information and things proceed. I showed up for the court date even though they told me I didn't have to, but my attorney didn't (I'm sure they weren't happy I went because now they can't bill me for the attorneys court time). He called later to say he got busy with another case. I let him know I got all the paperwork I needed while I was up there and that they could go ahead and close the case. They have continued charging me here and there for random things even though my court date was 9 months ago and this should have been closed out and the remainder of my retainer returned as promised. They charge me $30 every time I email them to ask them why it's still open, so I guess they are just hoping to find a way to bill it all so they don't have to return any. There is no integrity in this firm. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

A Client's Perspective on a Legal Firm's Services
I am writing to share my experience with a recent legal engagement. The firm was retained for my divorce proceedings, and the total cost incurred exceeded $7,000. Despite this, the case never proceeded to court.
The communication from the firm was consistently inadequate, which created significant challenges throughout the process. For instance, mediation was recommended in December, but the session was not scheduled for nearly three months. This delay, along with the continuous need for additional funds, made the experience particularly difficult.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this firm for divorce-related legal services.
