When I first started my divorce process, I was completely new to the system and had no idea what to expect. I trusted Mark Fischer to guide me and represent my best interests. Going into mediation, I believed we were aiming for a fair outcome: 50/50 custody and the ability for me to remain in my marital home so I could afford to live and provide for myself.
