We had just finished lunch and were waiting on the entrance ramp to the freeway, when - without warning - my pickup was rear-ended! I felt sorry for the older gentleman who was driving the car that hit me, as he was clearly shook up. And I left the scene thinking I was fine. About 3 hours later, the growing sharp paralyzing pain from my neck across my clavicle down my back was almost unbearable. I could barely turn my head. It occurred to me that the minor traffic accident had done more damage than I had first supposed. Without a doubt I was suffering from severe whiplash! Not sure how to proceed, I realized I needed help. No doubt, I needed an attorney! I was fortunate enough to be led in the yellow pages that afternoon to the office of Reyes and Brown. Within a few months I had spinal surgery, and suffered through recovery. My attorney not only negotiated away my surgery charges, and had my pickup repaired, but secured for me a nice compensation for my pain and lost income! I am so thankful for the professional representation, and the care and respect I received from the whole staff. - Especially the great attitude of Jocelyn who handed me the settlement Check. I rather give a 0. Their lawyers are bullies and the communication is abysmal. I've worked with other law firms in the past but I've NEVER came across such an unprofessional and outright hostile business. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. As a Latina woman I believed I was in good hands as the majority of personal is Hispanic but wow was I in for a rude awakening. I warn people all the time to avoid this place and now I'm telling you, do yourself a favor and avoid these people.
