I would strongly caution anyone considering this law firm. We were told the case review would be free, and after thoroughly explaining every detail of our situation, the legal assistant assured us they had "great news" and could help with our case. Based on that promise, we were charged $150. The very next day, I received a call saying they had reviewed our case further and actually could not help us. I was then told we would be issued a refund. It's now been almost a month, and despite follow-ups, we have not received our money back!! This experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. It feels like we were misled and taken advantage of. If you're looking for honest, trustworthy legal help, I suggest you look elsewhere. We feel scammed and would never recommend this firm to anyone!
