I worked with Mark Mansfield on an issue where the deceased Will&Trust were in question. They did a wonderful job. The process was completed in a timely fashion. Communication was very clear and thorough. They helped me step by step since I have never dealt with this type of issue. They were able to make sure I ended up with what I was to receive. It was done in a classy and professional way of which I appreciated. Financials and payments were clearly explained. They were more than reasonable in this area as well. I never felt deceived or taken advantage of. All paper work and important documents were handled carefully. I would most definitely use them again. I have referred many others to them as well.

Mark Mansfield did an excellent job with my child custody matter that ultimately ended with a favorable decision by jury trial. He is very competent, organized, focused, and on point in the courtroom. He communicates well in front of a jury, and he knows how to argue and deliver the evidence in a manner that is clear and understandable. I highly recommend Mark as an effective litigator.

I often felt unprioritized and in the dark by this firm. I would have preferred more condensed proactive communication than what often seemed like long rationalizing responses. Example Day 1: Initial consultation I was under the impression my case would be filed (and thus start the timer) in about 1.5 weeks. Day 12: I followed up on the status Day 14: He confirmed he didn't need anything else, expect ~ 7-8 days Day 27: Left a phone message (no response) Day 31A: I followed up again e-mail Day 31B: He responded and I learned my case was filed on Day 28. *appox calendar days and summarized I believe I had a simple case, (the respondent accepted responsibility and did not have a lawyer, no court appearances). Yes there was a staff change and vacation time and he apologized after, but I was not notified of such changes to the timeline ahead of time. In the end the case was completed successfully, but I felt it was a stressful experience.
