I first contacted Joe Zaid and Associates shortly after I was caught in a red light accident. I reached out after the 3rd party insurance presented an offer that just didn't feel appropriate considering the injury and so after a google search I found Joe Zaid and filled out the contact page on the website, hoping to find out if the offer was trash or if I should get some help. The owner, Joe, called me very quickly after and was very helpful in answering all my questions and I went ahead and hired them to take care of everything. George Zaid called me shortly after to get the ball rolling and quickly got to work obtaining a significant improvement to the 3rd party offer. All in all the process has been longer than I imagined, but also very easy and with amazing results. George and the Zaid team have been great to work with and I would encourage anyone to give them a call even if you are unsure if you need that sort of support because you won't be disappointed.
