I have an attorney at this company and this is my second or maybe third attorney. I request a hearing in person and my ex attorney didn't respect what I requested. He wanted me to do over the phone like he assume he know me and don't. My ex attorney is not professional at all he didn't show up for my hearing which was on the phone. I was informed by the judge that he was sick the time I had my hearing and that his assistant will help me.no phone call of this incident or email.
On the phone for 2 hours. Was initially told they could help me. Signed all of the documents then was told that they couldn't take my case. Wasted 2 + hours. They did not listen to what I was saying and shut me down immediately and said they'd send me a list of resources.

I started my consultation here and was quickly denied after stating no injury was present. I am also not including an insurance agency at fault. The website states they help from fender benders to higher scale accidents. Unfortunately, they are selective for their benefits. When I asked why it is being denied she simply said they do not handle my case and no further reasons. Felt misleading. I will take this case where someone is willing to properly give a reason for denial.
