I spoke to Twanna Davison at Mr McDonald's Wirley office today, just to check in on the status of my case. It was a pleasure talking to her and she was very polite and eager to answer my concerns about my case. I feel that she is an asset to his firm.

I believe you all are handling my case fairly well, seemus to be taking a long time. But I don't know the law either. My doctors all agree that they don't want to take my mesh out, because it could cause me more problems later. I called your office from the doctor appointment and had the doctor ready to explain their reasons whpersy. When I callegd you from there. I made several attempts, only got to leave messages. You wanted information on my mesh and I tried to give it to you, straight from the doctor. Only to be told, when I finally get ahold of the office personnel. That I didn't need to do it. Your waiting for an offer, etc .. I am having a lot of money problems, because of several reasons, would need these cases close ASAP. I was treated with respect and professional attitude by the woman I talked with. Have a good day. Doug

Think twice before using these Lawyers. Over a month I've tried to get them to answer my calls are least return my calls and nothing. I was supposed to awarded $9,000 for a settlement and when when it it got to the the last leg of of it and I finally think it's going to be over, well much to my surprise that's when they cut off if all contact and now I've no idea what's going on. This is not right. I've left message after message begging for anyone to contact me and yet nothing. First they said they were only taking 30% then 40% guess they decided they wanted it all. This is not right how I've been done. I guess because they are lawyers and know all these little legal loopholes they can treat people however they want and get away with it. While I sit here and do without.

I heard a very nice and knowledgeable conversation with Jessica I can't pronounce her last name lol but yes everything is going good I was just letting her know that the doctor released me from the care yesterday at my appointment thank you very much for all you are doing for me respectfully Kenneth Laverty
