My experience with Mayday Law was a good one. Even though I didn't have a case--since the way the accident happened might have been my fault--Estefania from the intake department took the time to listen to me and explain the entire process. I would definitely call them again if I'm ever in a car accident.

Someone referred me to this law firm after I got into an auto accident. At first, they were prompt but after awhile would not take my calls or respond to my emails. It was so frustrating I complained to the person that referred me who in turn had to call them. When they finally decided to respond, they told me they are only concerned with bodily injury and I would have to take up the auto aspect with the insurance company myself which I did. They offered a ridiculous pay for my damaged car which I refused and took the car to a body shop who said it was a total loss and got in touch with the insurance company on my behalf. I did all of that work myself and would call to update Mayday Lawfirm and no response. After a long period of silence from them and several angry voice notes from me, a lady finally called and told me the person handling my case no longer works with them and she would be my new case manager. That new case manager is Joana and I have to admit she did an excellent job. She handled the correspondence with the insurance company, she would call to give updates, she would take my calls and answer questions. She was very polite and helpful, and everything was smooth thereafter. Settlement was made and case closed. I gave 3 stars because of the rocky start but would definitely recommend this firm because of Joana.
