DO NOT CONTACT - ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE If I could leave a zero review I would since I never even had a chance to speak to someone since they would not reply to my request after 3 attempts. I wasted my time completing the form and leaving details of my accident and my valid claim to obtain repayment from TXDoT for damage to my vehicle. This was the last message I sent to them. It explains everything. I still have not heard from anyone. I suppose I should contact someone else and leave a very bad review for your company. I completed the form 20 days ago! I also sent a reminder 16 days ago. 14 days ago, someone said they would be getting back to me shortly. 2 weeks is not shortly. Your customer service and response time is terrible and I will be sure to let people know not to use it.

After a serious injury with a commercial truck I was referred to Sutliff & Stout. Never having gone though a lawsuit before I was pleased to find that this team was fantastic. Jaime Perez was the lead on my case but I also had great support from Hank Stout. Andrea Reyes was on the ball with communication and guiding me through the entire process. With their knowledge and input we were able to settle out of court with an outcome I was very satisfied with. Great work Jaime, Hank and Andrea!

The team of attourney's i had on my side were fantastic!! Andrea Reyes was amazing, and everyone working alongside her, such as Hank Stout! She made sure i was able to get everywhere i needed to be, especially if it was out of town! Always accessible when i needed her, and if not she would contact me as soon as possible! Definitely couldn't have been in any better hands with my case and situation. I highly recommend this team.

Sutliff & Stout are top notch. They went above and beyond to take care of me during my time of need. Andrea was on top of everything, and would answer my calls after hours, on weekends, and even during a hurricane. She was more than a paralegal for the team. She was an ear for my frustrations. Hank was aggressive with my case, and available to answer my calls or return them in a timely manner, always. He was very thorough in explaining what was going on, and put it in Layman's terms for me to understand. He had extreme patience with me, and devoted all of the time I needed. Never cutting me off for anyone else. Jaime is no different. He was extremely communicative, and devoted time to me as well. The whole team treated me with the utmost respect. They made me feel like a part of the family, and not just a client.
