Where do I start? Incredible! Supportive! Patient! They know their stuff! I found the most important thing through this very difficult case, was the support and encouragement the entire team gave me! I hired Gomez Law Firm after I was involved in a car accident here are my takeaways. 1. Poor customer service. Multiple times I reached out to the attorneys office and was told I would receive a call back and never received a return call. I had to reach out days later just to be told I would be called back later again. I found myself reaching out every few weeks because I rarely received any calls to update me on current status. Multiple times after reaching out to the office my paralegal would say "thanks for calling there has been some movement in your case." I feel like if there was some movement they should have reached out to me instead of the other way around. A simple courtesy email, text, or call once a month to communicate updates or current status would have gone a long ways. I did not feel like I was a priority client. Lastly, the fees and deductions were not explained to me clearly in the beginning and Gomez the attorney does not seem very personable. Overall, I was not happy about the experience due to the level of customer service.
