I used Gary S. Tucker and Associates after I was involved in a car accident. I was very confused at first because the person who hit me was suing me for damages. I hired the firm (Brian Messina) to represent me after a car accident involving a hit and run where the driver fled on foot leaving his car and insurance information behind. He was very helpful at the beginning then went quiet for 3 months. we could not get him to return our calls or answer to our insurance companies. I then found out in June (6 months after the accident) that he had dropped our case that month, apparently we had been sent a letter, but I had not received it, my question is why did he refuse to return our calls or anyone else's calls for the rest of the time? He was only helpful when he thought he was guaranteed money from the other insurance company; as soon as he found out he could not get money we stopped hearing from him. I dont mind if they could not help us, that is the price you pay in these cases, it was the fact he did not have the courtesy to let us know early on, but kept us hanging on for a few months. If he had contacted us we would not have medical bills getting turned over to a collections agency because they could not get a hold of our lawyer. any we were none the wiser. Dont use this company, they have poor customer service.......
