My main complaint is I was one of the first ones to really start in the very beginnings of this hernia mesh deal so I didn't have very many options of who to pick as my lawyer however I've been going on now 8 years yes 8 years. Was told 2-5 years at most in the beginning however I've went through 4 different representatives from you alls firm that I know and recall. Which the last lady I spoke to about a month ago was very ugly to me and yes I was upset because it's been going on this long. I'm now divorced with permanent nerve damage in my stomach living in and out of hotels struggling to keep my company afloat. While these big pharmaceutical companies that knew what they were doing and did this to people sit back getting rich and no one really seems to care that much. They can just sit back and take there time trying to get the lowest payout they can get away with... Its completely disappointing and disgusting.... There should definitely be some type of cut off or something bc me like many others have had to sit back and continue to loose more and more. We should at least be able to count on the people we will pay a pretty penny to in the end to care just a little bit more and maybe try and understand every day, month, years go by some of us continue to get beat down by life and loose more all due to something we had no control of and it's frustrating knowing your owed and could solve alot of your problems right now if the company that did this owned up to there wrongs and made some things right. So do your homework and find the best ones that care enough to move quickly and also will under stand that your just trying to survive out here and pray your not going to just get screwed over again. I know yalls law firm has a big name and big reputation but I wish your people cared a little more and I think they could be fighting a lot harder to get this thing resolved. I've put my fate and every thing into yalls hands with trust you all would get me done right and well compensated for what was done to me with in 2-5 years like you all promised me 8 YEARS Ago!!!!!

My Hernia case was opened back in 2020, it was settled about 2 years ago. I received 1st payout and was told within few months I should receive the 2nd payout pending any medical liens. It has been almost a year now with no updates. There should be a frame time for Medicare to respond. The law office keeps telling me they are waiting, which means we can be waiting for another 2 years. This is ridiculous and unfair. I will be seeking an opinion with another law firm. I truly regret the day I hired this firm.

A little disappointed my hernea mesh case has been going on for sometime now over the last 2 years I've made contact 3 times looking for information and status. I always get a call back but never any news on the case.just wondering the strength of my case and what kind of compensation would be acceptable. Same answer every time .. the case is at the beginning stage and it could take years to settle .

Nolen & Jez(ebel) =deceit Law Offices of Gary Green brought this firm on to my personal injury case which was illegally combined with a class act case. Nolen and Jez brought in a law firm Brown and Greer. After receiving 1.1 billion in March 2025 and 25 million in 2024, I the client on both personal injury and class act have not received a dime! All access to Client portal info is no longer available to me. After case is settled and all legal parties involved received billions and millions of dollars for many poor citizens personal injuries Nolen and Jez and legal team are lying and claiming settlement administration are still reviewing medical records. Still reviewing medical records from over four years ago. Kelsey Stokes does not communicate with me as her client. This firm never reached out to me first. They only respond with lies after expressing my frustration and stall of case. Out of 3-4 years Kelsey Stokes reached out once maybe twice in response to me exposing their deceit.
