They are the Best Law Firm. This Lawyer done more in 35 days than the Lawyer who had my case for 17 months and little to nothing was done. Everyone should come here, they will get the job done or you wont have to pay them nothing unless you win. They are excellent law firm, who cares about all of their clients. 17 months vs 35-45 days and now in process of possible talking about a settlement soon. They give Excellent service. You want someone who will work your case for you and not just be a fast smooth talker, but actions is way off. Come on in and see for yourself. Anyone had a case with them and had problems from HCA? It seems that neither one is trying to resolve the issue over a billing statement! Maybe I'm thinking too streamlined, but wouldn't a 5 -30 minute drive (traffic included) to the billing office resolve this in person in a day far better?! Why wait and see in a few weeks or months for a response? I know given the case, the time varies but not having this issue resolved beforehand and after the fact NOT communicating with me that someone "missed" something important. They should have got it done before their client had to call them!

I was referred to DeSimone law firm last year and they've already settled my case and my daughter's case at the same time that's really unusual. The treatment I received while being under the care of Desimone law firm was wonderful. They have been there for me through everything that I have been going through it was a rough year for me many hardships, but DeSimone law firm was there for me no matter what it was and they made sure that I had the best medical care and even Transportation I worried about nothing.
