I recently settled with two insurances for a car wreck which I had two surgeries from. It took four years. Out of a 66,000 win, I got 26,000. I paid all my own medical bills but one mri. They never sent me an itemized statement and I cannot get anyone on the phone. They tried to pay my doctor WHO I DO NOT OWE ANYTHING TO as I paid all of it up front myself for the surgeries. I'm really upset that I did not get all that was owed to me. Even taking their percentage I am owed way more. I am very upset.

I understand sometimes it can be frustrating when you don't hear from your attorney, most of the time it's because they're working on ur case. client we need to be patient sometimes. However, I experience great communication with this lawfirm honestly. I will hire them again in the future

It's taking me a little while to write this review, because I was so upset with how things turned out and this process. My son was in a car crash and could've lost his life. If you could see the vehicle you'd understand. In the beginning there was a young man assisting Jonathan and he was great, but after a few months he wasn't on our case or left. It was down hill from there. Jonathan didn't do a good job with making sure we understood things in detail when we were able to reach him. We never knew how much he was awarded until it was time to pick up the check and the law firm received well over 50% of the settlement. I'll just leave it here, since my son said don't worry about it mom. I did contact the CAAP and I was about to submit a complaint to The State Bar of Texas, but I won't worry about. Hopefully these things will be looked into closer by someone.
