Hello, my mother found this office while I was unresponsive at the time. If I wasn't in the hospital I would have found a different pathway. My court case is closing, however, I have not sign any documents yet. I'm very disappointed with my attorney Kylie P. Knizner. I understand multiple attorneys deal with multiple cases. However, this was my first live changing event, so I would have wanted an attorney who I knew fought hard enough to at least help me financial through this traumatic event and kept me informed. My court case was not on the top of my list during this time. Healing was. This whole process has made me felt belittled as if I am just a number. In reality we are, but showing a sense of compassion goes a long way for the clients. This office is far from my location therefore I rely on email as I also have a job. Receiving informative calls or emails once awhile would be appreciated to be kept in the loop as my constant email do not get responded all the time. Additionally, the part that angers me is that I was not informed for personal medical cost. Yes, I understand hospital related bills are handled, however, I had to pull out a credit card to but a huge amount of dental debt so my dentist can keep on seeing me as I was in severe pain from my broken teeth being released from the hospital. The interest rate amount grew tremendously, and I now owe an amount that should have been handled through my attorney. It's just heart breaking to invest into a company to fight on your side and receive an unsatisfied outcome.
