I worked closely with legal assistant Virginia Escamilla, who was incredibly helpful in arranging my medical treatments and patiently answering all of my questions. I was very nervous since this was my first time dealing with an attorney's office, but Virginia made the process much easier and always made sure I understood what was happening. Attorney Lex Allgaier was also wonderful to work with--supportive, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. I suffered injuries after my car was hit by an 18 wheeler and after doing research I found Brian White & Associates to be the best option for me. After undergoing my physical therapy, doctor visits, and receiving my settlement, without a doubt BW&A was a great choice that I made to represent me. Bridget was very helpful during the beginning of my case. She was honest and knowledgeable with how the whole process goes , helped answer any questions I had during my physical therapy and medical treatment phase, and gave me a good understanding of what I could expect for my case. Often times you may hear about legal teams being very sketchy with their clients and not doing a good job but I never felt that way. Finally ,the lawyer assigned to me was Brittney and she did an amazing job in negotiating and fighting for my case, I couldn't be any happier with the end result after the legal process was completed.
