I have not been very happy with the people handling my accident case. I have never received a call or update on any aspect of my case. Only when I call and have to always request a call back. It has been 6 months since my accident. I feel like they don't care about my case or well being throughout this whole process. My accident was not as bad as some I am sure, but I feel like since the other parties coverage has a 30 K max, they aren't going to make much off it. I do have ongoing pains even after the treatments were stopped, but again with a 30k max they weren't going to do much more for me. I am so disappointed with this whole process and don't feel like I will receive much if any compensation. What hurts the most is they have never asked how I am doing. I feel like a $$ for them only..
