Looney Smith Conrad & Hefti P.C.

I am writing to share my very negative experience with Looney Smith Conrad & Hefti P.C. From the beginning, I felt my case did not receive the attention it deserved. Communication regarding its status was neither clear nor timely. Additionally, Richard's instructions lacked specificity, leading to potential misunderstandings. The attorney assigned to my case did not, in my opinion, possess the necessary knowledge or experience to represent me effectively. Consequently, I incurred avoidable expenses and faced significant delays in the resolution of my matter. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this law firm to others seeking legal representation.

I will not be gaslit as a response to this review, as were some others as I am a a mental health professional. (They like saying we are over emotional, and simply don't understand the intricacies of law). Mr. Looney took 10,000 from my family, did not visit my brother to talk about his case until the last minute before court leaving him confused and anxious and offered a bad plea deal. His office staff is ultra rude, and although my brother begged for me to get information, would not talk to me. They do not accept calls from jail and will not give him records. The lady did tell me if I want to get new counsel I can (In the most snide voice ever, after Looney was paid 10 grand). Stay away from these theives. So Looney comes back with his "seriousness " Funny how your rude assistant was willing to tell me anything until the 5th promise you'd visit him and lied left him traumatized, then, she couldn't discuss him. Let's be honest. You're going to "not a fair accurate review " yourself into a zero rating. Lol

Paul is an amazing attorney! He told me what it would cost and what would happen after he accepted my case and thats exactly what happened, he's an amazing attorney!! I Do Recommend!

I am truly grateful and appreciative of this law firm. My attorney Wade Smith of Looney & Conrad law firm was very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job in my case. Wade got my case No Billed (dismissed) at the grand jury level. He prevented me from being formally charged before the case could even proceed to the next steps in the legal system. My family and I can now move on with our lives and we have Wade and Looney and Conrad law firm to thank. Thank you guys so much!!! If anyone is going through any legal issues I highly recommend this law firm, they will get the job done!

Do not recommend this law firm. Rude and not cooperative at all. I couldn't get a simple answer to my question just a basic "oh well that seems too bad" type of mood was given when speaking on the phone. They are Overpriced as well, compared to other law firms. I recommend other law offices than this one because you can find other lawyers out there that will give you sympathy towards your case and actually give you every outcome and advice needed to help you.
