I hired this law office because of their 5-star reviews, but my experience has been anything but professional. My accident happened on 12/13 of last year, and it was not my fault. My daughter was with me at the time, and my vehicle was completely totaled. Despite that, my own insurance had to pay out everything because nothing has been resolved with the at-fault driver. To date they still haven't been held accountable. This office also sent me through several chiropractic sessions, yet never followed up with any clear plan or updates afterward. The last communication I received was on August 20th, and since then--nothing. No updates, no returned calls, no explanation of what's happening with my case. Nothing! I understand these can sometimes take time but honestly I've been left in the dark while handling the fallout of an accident I didn't cause. This firm has not communicated, has not been proactive, and has not represented my interests the way their reviews suggest. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
