I only give one star because that is the lowest it goes. Every other attorney and even an immigration official I have spoken to, and yes they were informed of every detail of our case, informed us that he really screwed our case up. He advised us to go to Cuidad Juarez for our "immigration appointment". We have been informed by MANY attorneys and the immigration official, that we should have NEVER been told to go. That the paperwork that "Waiver" he charged us $1000 for wasn't even sent to the correct government office. It was never sent to immigration for them to approve. His advise caused us to follow certain actions that DEVISTATED our case. This was back in 2007 and our case still isn't resolved because of his actions. Also, I have left messages for calls back, before I was informed our case was handled incorrectly, and to this day am waiting for a call back. They do not follow up on the clients case but are more than happy to charge you.
