Wow. It was horrible translation and notary experience. I asked them to translate 4 documents from Vietnamese to English. All 4 were so wrong including extra somebody's passport information on our document. I was so nice. I texted him to let him know and asked him to fix. He said that it was not important even my mom's address on marriage certificate. When we came to get new translating version, he yelled at my parents that we are petty and that we tried to find mistakes caused him inconvenience. Lord, he was not that important. He is not celebrity. They are legal documents for legal process. We need it to be exact. That was a reason we entrusted him and paid. Again we came home with missing important information. My parents were gotten so much nagging and they could not do thorough check. Now we have to find a new service and pay more. Our application submission was again delayed. Save yourself from horrible service. ***Few minors: the same vice president had 2 different names in two different translations. Somebody's passports and IDs on our paper. My parents' ID number were completely omitted. My mom's address was completely wrong. There were more and more. We listed all mistakes and he did not address all. He yelled at my parents so they could not do a diligent check for the ID omission. I guessed that was called as pleasing customers with extra charge. Ridiculous. We paid him so we still have to go to other place to redo it and waste our time.

Ever since I had car accident. They have been helping me a lot. They keep up with my therapy and my case. Any question I have they answer fast. Ms. Chau is very professional and advise me what to do in timely manner. She also takes care of my husband, my brother accident case. and my mom's will. You can tell my whole family completely trust her and James Langford law office. They don't treat us as customer, they treat us as their family. Great customer service all the time.

If i can give you a zero i would, or maybe a negative 10! Overall, Chau Tran cuss at her customer and hung up on us! I called back to clarify the matters and want to know why she acted like that with her Vietnamese customers but she didn't pick up! I will make more report to the bureau and other places! Rep: 1. I did not try to impersonate anyone because I called on the behalf of my sister for her case. She gave me a verbal authorization to call for her, so when you asked me the name, i gave you my sister's name but 30 seconds later I told you i am her sister. You then raised your voice, no sorry, i lied.. you raised your voice at pretty much the beginning of the call because you recognized my voice is not "my sister". Then you said you can't discuss anything to me because i am not her, well you were too busy speaking and raising your tone, you did not hear what i said? i told you, i called because the ins adjuster still did not receive the medical bill yet and that he's still waiting almost 2 years already, but you didn't care. If i called to pretend to be someone for a fraud, or to commit some sort of crime then yes, you can accuse me! However, I did not call to obtain any info, i called to gave you the information, so whether it's me or my sister, we just wanted to give you the message from the ins adjuster. You've shown your disrespectul to your customers! From all the replies to responded to the customers review on google and other places, we can see how good you are trying to flip the "right, wrong" .. never once, did I see you admitted your fault or sincerely apologize to anyone of us! How sad, and yet... you're still employed :))

Ms. Chau had helped me tremendously with both my and my husband's accident cases. Always keep up with the case and keep us posted. Great customers service not only through the phone but in person as well. Highly recommend the James Langford law office!!!!
