Elaine is very sweet and good at what she does. Excluding Elaine the communication could've been better, but I just assumed their juggling multiple cases. I think patience is key with dealing with this team and that's exactly what I gave. I appreciate their help. I appreciate Elaine's transparency. I would recommend them!

MR.Mazen was awesome today in court. He listened to me about what happened kept me informed the entire time and also during court was literally explaining what was going on sec by second. I felt safe and knowledgeable about what was happening. The case was dismissed and I praise God because I have not been able to get a job so this was very important. Thank you Mr. Mazen and also Mrs.London as female you're not comfortable sharing pictures of your abuse to people and she made me comfortable enough to do so. The system is confusing and often abuses the one that got seriously abused and let the abuser go free and you need someone to fight for you and be your voice and this is what they have done for me thank you.

I paid $4,500 for legal representation for my son and, unfortunately, never saw the attorney again after the initial meeting. Instead, I was contacted by different people who didn't seem to know anything about my case and constantly had to ask basic questions that the attorney should have already known. It quickly became clear that there was no real communication or consistency in how my case was being handled. To make matters worse, I even received a call "reminding me of court" but requesting a payment I had already made through CashApp--a major red flag. When I tried to discuss my concerns, no one ever called me back or made any effort to resolve the issue. They offered to meet in office when they called to check on the payment lol. I expected professionalism, transparency, and communication, but got the exact opposite. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this attorney to anyone looking for reliable legal help. Edited to add: if you're not prepared to issue a full refund, take the L on this review like I did financially by picking YOU I will NOT remove the review.

Very happy with my results! They got me off of probation early and they let me know ahead of time that I was going to be taking a hair follicle drug test ! $1,000 and they got me off of probation in 1 month. Trust these people! Thank you again for my freedom

Phenomenal law firm, helped me with a delicate family matter, Michael, Diana, and linsey(spelled it wrong sorry) helped me through the entire process and really helped me achieve dismissal. Great law firm I will suggest them to everyone I meet. Hope to never have to call again. But if I do I know who I'm calling.
