The ACT rehab facility in Frisco was a great place to do my rehab! The staff there was kind and friendly! They were all professional and knowledgeable of my injuries and needs! Thank you guys for the excellent service!! I am pain free and back to normal thanks to you all!!

This is only my 2nd time here but I'm so happy I was referred to this office! The staff is phenomenal, very professional, friendly and nice. The pain in my back and neck has already improved and I feel so relaxed after coming here. Thank you!

At this location, the provider provides perfunctory and superficial services that are categorically ineffective: such as, having clients do several of the same exercises every day that are really short and few; conducted by very friendly and nice associates; but, who have not been adequately trained to deal with the injured (especially those with extremely severe, preexisting and debilitating, medical conditions). What's worse, the provider, who happens to be an albino (but this has no bearing on the facts), works with an abrasive and accusatorial disposition absent provocation; she refutes your factual statements with her false assumptions or ostensible suppositions; and is just mean spirited, a quasi-dictator, who does not like to be questioned. Really? You are dealing with people health, it's ok for them to question you especially respectfully. The provider works for ACT, which accepts LOP's from attorneys, so many of there claims are not paid until cases settle or are paid out by insurance companies; this maybe a deciding factor why the chiropractor at this location has very bad bedside manners; or, why a female from corporate (who was very mad) came to the Frisco location last week and sat with the front desk receptionists interrogating the poor ladies, asking "why were there so few clients [there that week]." Change your doctor or the way your organization conduct its business and maybe you'll get repeat business. You think? Doctors take oaths to take care of the sick, but many do it just for the money. It's worse, when you try to support your own people, but they treat you more adversely them some white people. Beware of this company!!!
